Dena Desarrollos SL, the manufacturing division of INGESCO® group, guarantees that all its lightning rods —and all the components they include— fit the standard norms: UNE 21186:2011, NFC 17 102:2011, NP 4426:2013, IEC 62561-1 and IEC 62305.
The manufacturing and marketing processes of Dena Desarrollos, SL are backed by a management system certified by Bureau Veritas International according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard . Additionally, the company has an environmental management system aligned with the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard, thus reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
COVERAGE
This lightning rod head has got 5 years (10 years for non-electronic INGESCO PDC models) guarantee of being free from manufacturing defects. Any failure or damage produced by an inappropriate use or manipulation is explicitly excluded from this guarantee.
They are also excluded from the guarantee the defects that could be produced by an inappropriate manipulation during the product transport and/or storage.
This guarantee covers only the manufacturing defects of the lightning rod specified. Dena Desarrollos SL has no responsibility in any damage that could derive from a bad installation of the lightning rod or any other element included in the lightning protection system.
The terms of this guarantee apply to sales of INGESCO® lightning rods made in any country all over the world.
TERMS
This guarantee is only valid if you present it and the defective product along with the original invoice or sale receipt containing product model, date of purchase and authorized distributor name and address.
INGESCO® – Dena Desarrollos SL will replace the product or its defective pieces, following the evaluation of our technicians. Our company will only take charge of transport cost when the manufacture defect is proved and not if the problem is the result of an inappropriate use.
The terms of this guarantee don’t affect or limit consumers rights established in applicable national laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
EVALUATION TEST LIGHTNING ROD
The electro technical laboratory LABELEC certifies that INGESCO® lightning rods with Early Streamer Emission system are submitted to quality control tests. These tests measure the resistance, inductance and capacity of ESE lightning rods and verify that the results are inside the range set up as optimum for each model.
The tests follow the protocols established in the product certification awarded to all our lightning rods by Bureau Veritas Certification.
