QUALITY POLICY – ISO 9001:2015

At DENA DESARROLLOS, we demonstrate our firm commitment to fully satisfying our clients' requirements and expectations.

The Management of DENA DESARROLLOS and the Management of LABELEC Laboratory are committed to the development and implementation of a Quality Management System that ensures the continuous improvement of its effectiveness. To promote our quality policy, the Management of INGESCO adopts the following basic principles:

• To maintain, develop and continuously improve its quality system in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
• To focus our actions on identifying, assessing and defining customer requirements in order to offer products and services that meet their needs and expectations while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.
• To commit to providing all the necessary material and human resources required to implement the quality policy.
• To create an environment that motivates every employee to use their full potential and to feel engaged, responsible, and proud of their work.
• It is the intention of the Management of DENA DESARROLLOS that this Quality Policy serves as the basis for all future actions of the organisation, as well as for the defined quality objectives.
• It will be based on the analysis of the controlled environment and the potential risks, both in terms of quality and the environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY – ISO 14001:2015

Our environmental management policy is aimed at organising the company in such a way that it adheres, as far as possible, to pollution prevention and to increasing the satisfaction of our clients and society as a whole.

The company is committed to complying with all applicable legal requirements, the client's contractual requirements, and any other requirements to which the company voluntarily subscribes.

Among these commitments, the company undertakes to:

• Respect and protect the environment as a fundamental objective of management, in accordance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard.
• Ensure that the company's development is compatible with environmental conservation, so that today's actions do not compromise the quality of life of future generations.
• Promote the reuse, recycling, and environmentally responsible management of waste.
• Rationalise and minimise energy consumption and the use of natural resources by improving energy efficiency.
• Act transparently with authorities, institutions, and communities, and cooperate closely with them to prevent potential environmental impacts arising from our activities.
• Communicate the Environmental and Quality Policy to all employees, contractors, suppliers, etc., and make it available to our clients and the wider community.
• Raise awareness among staff through training and sensitisation programmes regarding the importance of carrying out their activities correctly, fostering their participation in achieving the objectives.
• Periodically adapt the Environmental Policy to the organisation’s new objectives, adjusting it to meet emerging needs.
